All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Most Sagentica services are priced under $100 per transaction or per month. Subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. You authorize Sagentica to charge your payment method for the agreed service fees. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
For one-time services (such as domain registrations or directory placements), all sales are final once the service has been initiated. If a service cannot be delivered as described, we will issue a full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sagentica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Linn County, Oregon.
